HOTEL INFORMATION:
Hotel reservations must be made directly with the hotel at
(970)241-8888. The room rate is $109.00 per night for up to four people
per room. This rate is also good for 2 nights prior to and 2 nights
following the convention. The hotel web site is
http://doubletree.hilton.com. You must advise the hotel that you are a
member of the NAOTC to receive the above rate. The hotel is located
just off of I-70 at Exit 31, Horizon Drive. It is south of the
interchange and is the first street to your right after the
interchange. The hotel, a high rise, is visible from Horizon Drive.
Transportation, at no charge, is available from the airport and/or
Amtrak, by calling the hotel at the above number. The deadline for room
reservations is August 12, 2008, to guarantee the above rate and room
availability.

BANQUET INFORMATION:
The buffet style banquet will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday night.
The cost will be $40.00, tax and gratuity included. The entrees will be
prime rib and grilled rosemary lemon breast chicken. Salads, a hot
vegetable, rice, potato and dessert are included. The annual auction
will follow the banquet. A program will be announced at a later date.

CONVENTION REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
This year, there will be a $5.00 per member registration fee. The table
fee will be $25.00 (members) and $35.00 (non-members) per 6 foot table.
The exhibit space will be open to members from 8:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.
on Friday and from 7:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Saturday. The show will
be open to the public from 9:00 until 3:00 on Saturday, with 2 hours
available before and after the public show for set up and tear down.

Grand Junction is located on the Western Slope of the Colorado Rocky
Mountains. Day trips from Grand Junction can be made to the following
attractions with the estimated drive time noted.

Dead Horse Point State Park, UT
- 1 hour 30 minutes
San Juan Skyway (reached at Ridgway, CO to Ouray,
Silverton (D&SNG Ry), Durango, Mesa Verde National Park,
Telluride and return to Ridgway)
- 1 hour 30 minutes one way to reach Ridgway. (Once on the skyway, allow a minimum of 8 hours to travel
the circle.)
